Managing provider quality and outcomes with data

Managing provider quality and outcomes with data

This webcast looks at how your coordinating agency can use data to work more closely with providers to achieve greater good in your community. You don't have to be a "data geek" — all you need is this 5-step blueprint to launch an effective quality management that achieves lower costs, better outcomes, enhanced client experiences, and greater provider satisfaction.

  1. Establish key measures
  2. Set goals / benchmarks
  3. Create dashboards
  4. Analyze the outcomes (determine causes and remedies)
  5. Develop action / accountability plan

This webcast is ideal for community-based organizations, HUD Continuums of Care, Area Agencies on Aging, state agencies that coordinate human services, as well as the providers that deliver all of these services.

You will learn as much about leadership as you will about data. Join Gerry Leslie from the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness as he shares how to sell quality management in user-friendly terms, make change less scary, and dispel common myths.
